This Rooster shows great posture’ as he moves through the flock. Notes of blackberry, tobacco leaf, spice, sweet oak and currant escape from the glass. This medium to full-bodied red has soft drying tannins, and flavours of ripe blackberry, black tea, sweet spice and oak, which also linger on the finish.
